Damaged Items
We take great care when creating and packaging your items for postage. If for some reason your custom creation arrives damaged please fill out the form below and include photographic evidence within 48 hours so the best solution to your problem can be sorted.
Received the wrong item
Whilst we take care when packing orders, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please fill out the form below and we will work out the best solution. In most cases a replacement will be offered. You will be required to post unopened items back to us free of charge.
Faulty items & breakages
If your custom order item arrives faulty or becomes damaged within 7 days of delivery, please submit a photo and details through the form below. We will assess your request to determine the best solution.
Change of mind
Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 10%. The shipping portion of this order is non-refundable. Customer will be required to pay the postage cost to return these items to the address we supply after approving the return.
We cannot accept change of mind returns for products under the following circumstances:
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
- The product has been removed from the original packaging.
- The product has labels or seals that have been removed.
- The product has been visibly used in any way or is dirty/damaged
- The product is an essential oil, health product or beauty product.
